ARE YOU SELLING GENUINE PARTS?A. Yes, the parts listed on the microfiche are genuine. Q. DO YOU HAVE PARTS FOR OLDER BIKES? A. Our website does not currently list which parts are no longer available. Please submit a parts request to check availability for parts on bikes older than 15 years of age. Q. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT TO DO YOU ACCEPT?A. We only accept debit or credit cards as payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Q. IS MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I SUBMIT AN ORDER?A. Your debit/credit card is not immediately charged for online orders. The availability of all parts ordered from the website is verified before the card is charged. If all parts are available , we then process the card for the total amount with the exception of additional shipping charges for heavy items or international orders. Those charges will be made when the product is ready to ship. Q. CAN I ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?A. Unfortunately we are not able to add to an existing order. If you need other parts, you will need to place an additional order or give us a call to make another order. Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? A. In most instances, you should receive your order within 5-10 business days from the date the order was placed. Q. HOW DO I KNOW IF ANY OF MY PARTS ARE ON BACK ORDER OR DISCONTINUED?A. We will contact you via email or by phone as soon as we find out if you have any parts on back order or discontinued. Q. RETURNSA. General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
